Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining control of your authorized sign-in methods and for activity performed through your account. Membership, payment, subscription, provider connection, and app entitlement are separate states; a payment does not automatically prove every downstream capability.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse MetaBantrix to violate law, infringe rights, bypass provider safeguards, compromise accounts, distribute malware, obtain unauthorized access, or interfere with other users or systems. Automated capabilities remain subject to the permissions and restrictions of the connected provider.

Your content

You retain rights you already hold in content you submit. You authorize MetaBantrix to process that content as needed to provide the feature you requested, including transmission to selected service or AI providers when applicable. You are responsible for having the rights needed to submit the content.

MetaBantrix content and marks

MetaBantrix software, interfaces, original publications, product assets, trademarks, and other proprietary material remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Access to the service does not transfer ownership.

AI-generated and automated results

AI and automated outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Provider/model identity and evidence metadata may be displayed when available. You remain responsible for reviewing consequential results before relying on them.

Commerce and subscriptions

Purchases may be completed through MetaBantrix web storefronts, Stripe-hosted surfaces, Apple, Google, or other approved providers depending on the product and platform. Pricing, cancellation, refund, tax, and renewal terms shown at the point of purchase control that transaction. Mobile digital purchases will follow the rules of the applicable app marketplace when offered.

Availability

Capabilities can be added, changed, paused, throttled, or removed as infrastructure, providers, permissions, safety requirements, or evidence state changes. A feature marked pending, partial, blocked, or unavailable is not promised as complete.

Account suspension and deletion

Access may be limited for abuse, security, legal, provider, or operational reasons. You may initiate deletion through the mobile account controls when available; see the Account Deletion page for current boundaries and support fallback.

Disclaimers

Unless a specific written agreement states otherwise, MetaBantrix is provided on an as-available basis. Nothing in the service should be treated as professional legal, medical, investment, tax, or other regulated advice merely because an AI or automation generated it.

Changes and contact

These Terms may be updated as the service evolves. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions can be submitted through the public Contact page.
